1% of your purchase amount will be returned as points.Points can be used for your next purchase. (1 point = 1 yen)
The points will be credited 7 days after your order is shipped.
If you cancel your order, any points you have earned will be forfeited.
Points are valid until the end of the month one year after the month in which they were earned.
It will expire at midnight on the 1st of the following month.

Please read the following and be sure to contact our customer service department in advance.If you return a purchased item without contacting us in advance, or if you return the item using a method other than the return/exchange procedure provided by our company, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs under all circumstances (including in the case of initial defects).

■Returns due to customer convenience

・Returns and exchanges due to uses not explained by our company ・Sale items ・Items not purchased at our stores ・Resellers (auctions, personal sales, etc.) who are determined to be purchasing for resale or resale purposes at the time of purchase ・Other cases in which we determine that we cannot handle the request
When an order is placed in mail order, the intention to purchase the product and make payment is assumed to exist, and the Mail Order Act comes into effect, with both parties assuming responsibility for the sale and purchase.
When shipping a product, in addition to the actual shipping costs and handling fees, packaging materials, work time, etc. are required.

If a parcel is returned to our store due to refusal to accept it, long-term absence, or unknown address or new address, we will first contact you.If you request redelivery, we will charge you the actual cost of redelivery.
If we do not receive a response from you, we will assume that you have no intention of receiving the item and the order will be cancelled due to customer's convenience.
In this case, we will charge you the actual cost of return shipping when the cancellation is processed.

We cannot be held responsible for any misdelivery or undeliverable orders due to incorrect shipping or billing information.Please double check the registration information you provided when placing your order before placing your order.
≪ About account deletion ≫
To delete your account, please use this form .If you cancel your membership, all of your points will be invalidated.
